At Helios, we are a boutique natural stone distribution company that deals with curated stones. We deal in Marble, Onyx and Travertine. We source a comprehensive yet diverse range of natural stones from quarries across the world and deliver products that are exquisite and sold under exclusive selling rights in India.

Our journey of sourcing the stones from the quarry to our client is a seamless one marked by precision and impeccability. Our alliance worldwide are marked under the exclusivity clause, which makes us a much sought brand in the Indian market for unmatched Natural Stones.

We import from the finest quarries worldwide and also efficiently manage the 'Quarry to Factory' supply chain process for the customer.

Team

Management Team

Amit Tongia

Amit Tongia is a Commerce graduate and a qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He brings over two decades of extensive experience in manufacturing, mining & capital markets. He has served as a Business Head with India's leading equity broking firm where he had set up a new & innovative business model which resulted in significant revenue growth.

He is an expert at setting up new businesses and managing its day-to-do operations.

He has also set up a manufacturing unit with an annual capacity of 72 million sacks.

At Helios, he is responsible for the Sales & Operations functions.

Rajesh Laddha

Rajesh Laddha is responsible for formulating growth strategies, enhancing the relationship with alliance partners globally and identifying new business avenues for Helios.

He is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience specializing in strategic consulting and operational performance improvement of large Indian companies, SMEs, and PE Investee Companies.

He worked for global consulting firms like Grant Thornton, BMR and Ernst & Young. In 2013, his last service tenure with Grant Thornton, he served as the Director- Consulting.

He has successfully led many engagements for large multinationals across geographies including America, Africa, and many countries in Asia during his stint with global consulting firms. He has also led & been part of many performance improvement engagements in Steel, Shipping, Hospitality, Healthcare, Real Estate, Pharma, Auto ancillary and many other industries. He has been sprucing up the governance for emerging SMEs and private equity investee companies.

Abhijit Ghatak

Abhijit Ghatak is a Co-Promoter and stakeholder in Helios.

Abhijit is a Producer-Partner at Blue Waters Motion Pictures Pvt. Ltd., an Indian Motion Pictures Company that produces clutter-breaking content. Under this banner he has worked with celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan. Abhijit had worked as the Business Head for Ram Gopal Verma, the much-celebrated Director in Bollywood.

Recently, he co-produced a digital show with award-winning Director Anand Gandhi. The show is a Sci-fi comedy series about artificial intelligence (AI) and explores the "legal frameworks" that have to be put in place between "organic species" and the "cloud-based intelligence system." The show is slated to stream on Disney-Hotstar later this year.

He also has a stint in analytics, as the Director in 'Quantta Analytics' in 2015-2016. Quantta is a high-end data analytics company run by 'Data Wizards' from Harvard & other Universities and provides insights into customer behaviour in micro markets.
